One does not have to worry about any monthly or otherwise repayments as this will only apply after the person dies. Therefore one can retire with a feeling of relief from repayments in old age. In the event of your writing of the will, you are able to know and guarantee the exact value of your property that will go to your stipulated beneficiaries upon your death.
